If you've found a security issue in Sellerio, we want to know before anyone else does. Email us with what you found and how to reproduce it, and we'll acknowledge the report and work on a fix — no legal threats for good-faith reports.

What we ask in return

Is my Amazon or marketplace login safe?
Yes — every connection goes through the marketplace's own official OAuth consent flow. Sellerio never sees or stores your actual password, only an authorization token scoped to what the integration needs.
Can another organization on Sellerio see my data?
No — every order, listing, credential, and token is scoped to your organization at the database level, and that isolation is enforced on every read and write, not just in the UI.
Where is my data hosted?

Do you store payment card details?
No — subscription billing is processed by Razorpay under its own PCI-DSS compliant systems. Sellerio never receives or stores full card numbers.
